。《玉篇》同痒。《集韻》膚欲搔也。《釋名》，揚也。其氣在皮中，欲得發揚，使人搔，發之而揚出也。《禮·內則》問衣燠寒疾痛苛，而敬抑搔之。《列子·黃帝篇》指擿無痟。
又伎。《顏氏家訓》應劭風俗通云：太史公記，高漸離變姓易名，爲人傭保，匿作于宋子，久之作苦，聞其家堂上有客擊筑，伎不能無出言。按伎，懷其伎而腹也。是以潘岳射雉賦亦云：徒心煩而伎。今史記作傍徨不能無出言，蓋俗傳寫誤耳。
又《字彙補》汪，猶言汪洋也。
又通作。《荀子·榮辱篇》骨體膚理，辨寒暑疾。
