（昒）尙冥也。冥者、窈也。幽也。自日入至於此。尙未日出也。司馬相如傳。曶爽暗昧。得燿乎光明。然則曶尙未明也。按漢人曶昧通用不分。故幽通賦昒昕寤而仰思。曹大家曰。昒昕晨旦明也。韋昭曰。昒、昧忽㒳音。郭樸注三倉解詁云。曶、旦明也。然則獨許分别曶爲未明。昧爽爲且明。以其時相際。故說之者異。从日。勿聲。大徐作昒。古皆有之。呼骨切。十五部。按韋音梅憒切。字林音勿。皆與昧通用之證。
