⒈ 亦作“艾蒳”。
⒉ 也称大艾。菊科。木质草本植物，叶互生，春末开花。我国产于广东、广西和台湾等省、自治区。将其叶片蒸馏后所得艾粉，精炼成艾片(也称冰片或艾脑香)，可供药用，有解热、驱风、止痛、镇静之效。
⒊ 古松、梅等树皮上生出的一种莓苔。有香气。
