宗廟犬名羹獻。犬肥者以獻之。从犬鬳聲。許建切
说文解字注
（獻）宗廟犬名羹獻。犬肥者以獻。此說从犬之意也。曲禮曰。凡祭宗廟之禮。犬曰羹獻。按羹之言良也。獻本祭祀奉犬牲之偁。引伸之爲凡薦進之偁。按論語鄭注曰。獻猶賢也。獻得訓賢者、周禮注獻讀爲儀。是以伏生尙書民儀有十夫、古文尙書作民獻。咎繇誤古文萬邦黎獻、漢孔宙碑費鳳碑斥彰長田君碑皆用黎儀字。皆用伏生尙書也。班固北征頌亦用民儀字。从犬。鬳聲。許建切。十四部。
